What: Ellenborough Market Cafe, Swissotel Merchant Court Singapore brings back nostalgic flavours of the good ol' days with a colourful variety of heritage street-food fare from 6 to 23 August 2015.
What to expect: Quintessential local favourites and traditional recipes, such as Chilli Crab with Mantou, Chicken Feet Kerabu, Lor Ark (Braised Duck), Sayur Lodeh, Mutton Vindaloo and even Eurasian Shepherd’s Pie.
Also on the buffet is unlimited servings of durian, and an array of durian-based signature specialities - like Durian Crepes, Durian Crumble and the chef’s original recipe of Durian & Bacon Fried Rice.
