What to expect: Every Wednesday and Thursday, indulge yourself with a choice of four pasta or risotto dishes respectively, served over two courses in a duo of tasting portions.
Personal favourites include the hearty Venetian-style Bigoli Pasta—enjoyed with a robust duck ragout, foie gras, and a hint of Amadei dark chocolate and sweet pecorino cheese—and the exquisite Beetroot Risotto, topped with rich gorgonzola cheese, crispy parsley and gusting of orange dust.
