News: UK's Best Chef of the Year at The Cliff
The Singapore Resort & Spa Sentosa welcomes its fourth and final guest chef of its Michelin-starred series, UK's Best Chef of the Year 2012 Chef Alyn Williams of Alyn Williams at The Westbury, London.
From 13 - 17 August 2014, Chef Alyn Williams will showcase his gastronomic signatures like the interesting Foie Gras Semifreddo with Lemon Curd, Hazelnut and Coffee and Barbecued Welsh Lamb Shoulder enjoyed with Middle Eastern dukka, smoked aubergine and cool Tzatziki.
