At $38 (the most expensive dish on the menu), the Grilled Char Siew Lamb Rack may not be one's first choice at the rebranded, family-friendly Spuds & Apron, Faber Peak atop Mount Faber, but we say it's well worth every penny.
Marinated in chef's signature Char Siew seasoning, sous vide then flame-grilled to perfection, we loved the fatty chunks of succulent Murray Bridge lamb rack that is teamed with rich self-concocted sesame hoisin sauce and an earthy pistachio crust.
