York Hotel Singapore - Penang Hawkers’ Fare (6-22 Sept)

The renowned Penang Hawkers’ Fare makes a return at York Hotel Singapore! From 6 through 22 September 2013, White Rose Cafe is transformed into a mini hawker centre, where you'll find some of the best, rustic Penang specialities served up by hawkers brought in from Penang itself.

Must-tries include the full-flavoured Penang prawn mee served with pork rib and decadent sprinklings of pork lard, the deftly executed, slightly sweet Penang Char Kway Teow with just the right touch of wok hei, and oh-so crisp Ban Chang Kueh that has a surprisingly chewy inner layer to complement the peanut bits.

The Penang Hawkers’ Fare runs through 22 September 2013, and is available for both lunch and dinner, priced at $25.80 per adult and $18.80 per child on weekdays (Mon-Fri), and $28.80 per adult and $20.80 per child on weekends.
