For the first time ever, Resorts World Sentosa brings together six of its celebrity chefs to create a sumptuous six-course RWS Celebrity Chefs Dinner in celebration of their inaugural RWS Food Affair that spans from 14 to 22 September 2013.
Set in the dreamy, surreal S.E.A. Aquarium’s Open Ocean habitat, diners get to savour a course each from the six chefs, including the world’s most Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon to the first female Iron Chef Cat Cora, in one seating – accompanied by the magnificent views of marine life no less.
The exclusive RWS Celebrity Chefs Dinner happens Wednesday, 18 September 2013, and is priced at $288 per person (includes free flow Ayala Brut Majeur NV champagne for pre-dinner cocktails and free-flow Penfolds Bin 2 Shariaz Mouverdre and Penfolds Koonunga Hill Autumn Riesling for dinner).
From 14 to 22 September 2013, gourmands are also in for a treat at all RWS restaurants. Joël Robuchon Restaurant introduces a 10-course Menu Degustation during the RWS Food Affair boasting exquisite dishes such as Le Homard (roasted Lobster in black pepper ‘Malabar’ sauce); L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon has a new six-course Menu Decouverte; Ocean Restaurant has a five-course set dinner that features Iron Chef Cat Cora’s signature Mediterranean-Californian dishes.
