For one night only, Chef Asai Masashi from Bincho, one of the hippest dining establishments, will be teaming up with Chef Markus Dybwad of Scandinavian seafood importer Snorre Food for ‘Spring, Sea and Smoke’, a dinner event inspired by the various produce from the cold waters of Japan and Norway.
