For one night only, Chef Asai Masashi from Bincho, one of the hippest dining establishments, will be teaming up with Chef Markus Dybwad of Scandinavian seafood importer Snorre Food for ‘Spring, Sea and Smoke’, a dinner event inspired by the various produce from the cold waters of Japan and Norway.

For one night only on Wednesday, 20 April 2016, experience a 7-Course menu ($88) featuring choice produce that are at the peak of the season combined with masterful Japanese culinary techniques. Guests will also be able to opt for sake pairing menu at additional $40.
