Pearl of Orient Penang Fiesta at 10 at Claymore, Pan Pacific Orchard

This April and May, Pan Pacific Orchard 10 at Claymore's famed Plates of Pleasures buffet promotion takes on a Penang twist as Executive Chef Andy Oh showcase some delights from his hometown.

Look out for highlights like the Penang Char Kway Teow that's chockfull of wok hei, or other elevated street food creations such as the Assam Laksa enjoyed with barramundi fillet, 'Live' King Prawn Noodle, and XO Seafood Popiah.

My personal favourite is the comforting, full-flavoured herbal Bak Kut Teh that takes more than 8-hours to prepare, and comes with choice of ingredients such as Kurobuta Belly Ribs, pork intestine, bean curd skin and crisp dough fritters.

Pan Pacific Orchard 10 at Claymore's Pearl of Orient Penang Fiesta promotion is available from 1 April to 31 May 2016. Lunch buffet is priced at $42 (Mondays to Fridays), $48 (Saturday and Sunday), and dinner buffet is priced at $68 (Mondays to Sundays).
