Michelin-starred Chef Nacho Manzano at Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental Singapore
For an extremely limited period from 6 to 9 April 2016, savour signature dishes by Triple-Michelin-starred chef and Spanish MasterChef star Nacho Manzano at picturesque poolside restaurant Dolce Vita at Mandarin Oriental Singapore.
One of Spain’s most celebrated chefs, Asturias-born Chef Manzano took on the responsibility of managing his parents’ former bar, Casa Marcial, which was award two Micheline stars in 2009. Following which, he also successfully achieved another Michelin star for his urban restaurant La Salgar in Gijón. A firm believer in using established cooking techniques, Chef Manzano showcases modern interpretations of traditional classics, borne out of his respect for Spanish culinary provenance.
Available on 6, 7 and 9 April 2016, guests may choose between an eight-course tasting dinner ($128 per person), or a ten-course gastronomy dinner ($158 per person), of Chef Manzano’s signature dishes—such as Rooster’s Crest, creamy Sea Urchin topped with aromatic hollandaise sauce, Fava Beans enjoyed with cockles, chicken and dashi broth, and succulent Marinated Pigeon, paired with seaweed, Kalamata emulsion, marshland herbs and sardine cream.
Guests are also invited to enhance the dining experience with a special hotel room offer, priced from $900 per night, including well-appointed accommodation inclusive of buffet breakfast for two at Melt Cafe, delectable ten-course gastronomy dinner at Dolce Vita, exclusive meet-and-greet opportunity with Chef Manzano and receive a personalised keepsake with his autograph.
