From 5 to 8 November 2015, diners can look forward to a buffet spread featuring a fusion of fresh Nordic staples with an Asian twist.

Look forward to items such as Braised Monkfish Thai-style Green Curry, Tandoori Haddock Filet with a spiced mango chutney, as well as daily specials of scallop, halibut or amberjack. A definite highlight is the chilled seafood station where fresh Greenland prawns, king crabs, crayfish, oysters and blue mussels line the counter.

The Norwegian Seafood Extravaganza buffet at The Dining Room is available for both lunch and dinner, and is priced at $55 per adult and $27 per child for lunch and $78 per adult and $42 per child for dinner.
