What: Savour grade A4 Yonezawa Wagyu Beef—ranked amongst the top three Wagyu brands in Japan and renowned for its intense flavour, superb texture, and fine marbling—for a limited period only till 11 September 2015 at Keyaki, Pan Pacific Singapore.
What to expect: Every cut of the imported, ‘torokeru’ (melt-in-the-mouth) meat is butchered and carved at Pan Pacific Singapore’s in-house butchery, to best ensure consistency in quality and taste, before lovingly handled by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii and presented on three, seven-course prix fixe menus.
