What to expect: Available 1 to 16 August 2015, "SG50 + 50" explores the future of local grub with Chef Ryan's innovative twist on 10 iconic, local favourites. Look forward to familiar flavours executed in some unique and experimental methods, such as the Bak Kut Teh Spice Tube and Spherification of Ondeh Ondeh.
In conjunction with Singapore Food Festival 2015, diners will be able to preview five of the 10 exclusive "SG50 + 50" dishes at The Line dinner buffet from 24 to 31 July 2015.
