Experience the Magic of Bumbu Bali at MELT The World Cafe
From now till 8 May 2015, celebrate magical Bali with masterful, spice-packed bursts of flavours by multi-award-winning Chef Heinz von Holzen of famed Bumbu Bali at MELT ~ The World Cafe, Mandarin Oriental Singapore.
Delicious and return-worthy highlights include the signature, not-to-be-missed Babi Guling, suckling pig marinated in a delectable blend of spices, Kambing Mekuah (Balinese Lamb Stew) and the full-flavoured, rich Bebek Menyanyat (Duck Curry).
Of course, how can one not give in to the wonderful and finessed Indian spread on MELT's buffet lineup? The Indian section serves up some of the best Naan's and Tandoori oven-baked dishes I've had in Singapore.
Fans of coconut will definitely enjoy the Berohcong, fragrant and fluffy baked coconut cakes, as well as the Dadar (Coconut Pancake). Also notable is their other dessert mainstays, like the Sweet Potato Cake topped with tiny dollops of coffee mousse.
The Magic of Bumbu Bali promotion is available at MELT ~ The World Cafe, Mandarin Oriental Singapore till 8 May 2015, and is priced at $68 (inclusive of juices and soft drinks) for lunch, $88 (top-up $30 for beer and house wines) for dinner.
