Expanding on last year's promotion, The Line’s resident Middle Eastern Chef Khaled takes diners on a culinary journey through the Middle East once more with his traditional regional cuisine. Inspired by the vibrant Al Souq (local market), a delectable variety of authentic dishes from countries such as Oman, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and Morocco will be made available during dinner from now till 25 March.
Highlights include the Tunisian Lamb Tagine—chunks of lamb cooked with saffron, sun-dried tomatoes, ginger and onion till fork-tender and served with couscous—and the Omani Style Octopus Carpaccio, a delicious medley of contrasting textures and flavours on the palate.
The Line’s “Al Souq” Middle Eastern Exploration is available for dinner from 6-10.30pm daily, at $72 per adult and $36 per child. Guests who wish to enjoy the beverage package, which includes free-flowing sparkling wine, house pour white and red wine, draft beer, chilled juices and soft drinks, may add an additional $25. The non-alcoholic beverage package with chilled juices and soft drinks is priced at $15 per person.
