From now until 31st October, guests of Summer Pavilion @ The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore can look forward to a perfect pairing of champagne with Chef Fok Kai Yee’s signature Cantonese dishes.
In the 7-course meal, be entertained with luxuriant seafood such as the Baked Lobster with Dried Chili. Paired together with a classic 2004 Dom Perignon, your palate will send you forgetting all your woes. Other impressive dishes that showed Chef Fok’s homage to classic Cantonese culinary included the Steamed Garoupa with Dried Beancurd Skin, Fungus and Minced Garlic.
