From 23 to 27 September, get to experience an award-wining interpretation of Thai cuisine by Chef Duongporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava and Dylan ‘Lan’ Jones from Bo.lan Bangkok (ranked no. 36 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant list). The chefs, and couple, Bo and Dylan were formerly from David Thompson’s Michelin-starred Thai restaurant Nahm in London. Bo was also the first recipient of the Veuve Clicquot Bangkok Asia’s Best Female Chef award.

Highlights of the featured menu include a Southern-style grilled duck curry with pickled young ginger, and a sweet braised pork belly salad with starfruit and orange chilli dressing. This exclusive dinner at The Wow, Movenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa is priced at $110, and $170 with whisky pairing.
