Town Restaurant, Fullerton Hotel Singapore - Johor Palace Delicacies

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore's Town Restaurant presents a collection of the best local delights from both Singapore and Johor with their latest 'Johor Palace Delicacies' promotion. Adding to their spread of some delicious local favourites—their Chicken rice is a must-try at every visit—is more than 25 tantalizing Johor dishes whipped up by a specially invited culinary expert and guest chef from across the causeway.

Highlights include the renowned Laksa Johor—spicy rice noodles in a thick fish curry-like coconut milk broth—Asam rojak, Satay ayam, and fragrant Nasi Briyani that is to be enjoyed with their array of traditional, and authentic dishes like Ayam masak opor, Sambal tumis udang, and Ika masak gulai nenas.

The Johor Palace Delicacies promotion will run through 27 September 2013, and is available for both lunch and dinner.

Lunch Time: 11.30am to 2.30pm Prices: $53 per adult and $26 per child

Dinner Time: 6.30pm to 10.30pm Prices: $53 per adult and $26 per child on 23, 24 and 25 September 2013, $69 per adult and $34 per child on 26 and 27 September 2013 with a seafood spread.
