In this promotion, the chef rehashes traditional food-preparation techniques that started our love for food. Those looking to satisfy your meat craving can indulge in the Braised New Zealand Lamb Shank in Shiraz Reduction or tender slices of Slow Roasted Kobe Wagyu Beef in Mushroom Crème. Fans of gamier meat can also look forward to the Pan-seared Indo-china Duck Breast dressed in tangy citrus honey glaze.
