Take a walk down the old spice route with Capella’s Old World Spice & Wine menu from 29th August to 1st September 2013. For a special period, The Knolls @ Capella Singapore teams up with celebrity Moroccan Chef Meryem Cherkaoui to create a fiesta of the finest wines and spices from Asia.
A memorable dining experience tingles all of our senses. Teaming up with the culinary team at Capella Singapore, Chef Cherkaoui will be serving some of her signature dishes such as the Sea bass with mussels tajine and Moroccan mini pasta rolls with cumin and “Niora” chili.
If you’re looking to broaden your horizons, head down on Saturday 31st August for its Old World Spice & Wine Tasting Experience; it features five different spice and wine stations, each showcasing a unique blend of wine to complement the tapas. During the day, guests can also learn more about the exotic herbs and spices.
