Come this Sunday, Italophiles will have a whole new gastronomic adventure to explore on our shores. Organized by Sphere Exhibits Pte Ltd, and presented by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), the inaugural Gusto Italiano—happening 1 September to 3 October 2013—showcases food, culinary talents, and produce of Italy.

Expect some authentic and unparalleled Italian gourmet dining experiences at renowned (and also some of our favourite) Italian restaurants—such as  Sunkissed Sicily with the wines of Donnafugata on 6 September at Dolce Vita, Mandarin Oriental Singapore; Tuscany Unplugged with the wines of Casanova di Neri on 13 September at The Lighthouse, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore; and the Rosso Cioccolato Dinner on 3 October at Basilico, Regent Singapore.
