The Fullerton Hotel Town Restaurant - Chef Sunny de Costa Eurasian Heritage Buffet - Sugee Cake For a limited period from 24 to 30 June 2013, The Fullerton Hotel’s Town Restaurant brings us a hearty spread of Eurasian cuisine atop their mouth-watering selection of ocean fresh seafood, salads, sushi and sashimi, and local delights with their Eurasian Heritage Buffet.

Eurasian Sous Chef Sunny de Costa delivers some wonderfully robust dishes from family recipes handed through the generations; the Sugee cake is a definite highlight and quick to be snapped up, as is the iconic, satisfyingly spicy Devil’s curry made with both fresh and dried chilli, and served with sausages and tender, smoked bacon bone.

Also not to be missed is the succulent Roast beef marinated in Vindaloo spices and executed to luscious pink, a variety of Eurasian style baked seafood, peppery Stingray fish curry and the Deep fried prawns in sweet & sour tamarind sauce.
