Four Seasons Hotel Singapore - Senior Sous Chef Nicholas Owen and Applewood Grill - Mad About Meat Menu Meat aficionados and dads who love a good hearty steak are in luck this June as Four Seasons Hotel Singapore brings in some premium cuts of dry-aged beef from Australia, Japan and the USA. Dry aging removes moisture from the meat, giving it a stronger, more delicious beefy flavour, and the beef’s natural enzymes also break down the connective tissue in the process, giving birth to oh-so succulent slabs of meat.

Dig into meats like the 500-day grain fed Tajima Strip Steak from Australia—noted for being the best Wagyu in terms of flavour and bite—the pure Japanese Black Hair Wagyu Grade A3 Sirloin from Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan, or Prime New York 21-day Dry-aged Strip deftly and grilled with sea salt over the applewood grill in One-Ninety’s open demo kitchen.
