Mid-Autumn 2017 at Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant, Sheraton Towers Singapore

Award-winning Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant of Sheraton Towers Singapore adds on to their already sublime collection of mooncakes with the introduction of Mini Salted Egg Custard Mooncakes ($72, 8pcs) with a molten ‘lava’ centre, and two new, fruit-inspired snow skin flavours.

The new Mini Snowskin White Lotus Seed Paste with Strawberry Sea Salt Truffle strikes a balance between the sweetness of strawberry and subtle hint of sea salt, while the Mini Snowskin Green Tea White Lotus Seed Paste with Passionfruit Truffle (both $60, 8pcs) gives a refreshing, slightly tart flavour that harmonises with the green tea filling.
