The handsome Ash & Elm at InterContinental Singapore has launched a new Wine Down with Charcuterie & Cheese Night programme, available every Thursday and Friday (6pm-8pm), where guests can kickback with a selection of fine wines, free-flow of cold cuts and cheeses.
In terms of nosh, indulge yourself with a medley of premium cold cuts, pates, terrines, antipasti and imported cheeses from their Charcuterie & Cheese Room, as well as freshly-baked goods from the wood-fired oven.
The Wine Down With Charcuterie & Cheese menu is priced at $38, inclusive of two glasses of wine with subsequent glasses priced at $12 each—or go for the sparkling wine edition priced at $48 per person. Available 6pm-8pm, every Thursday and Friday.
