I'm usually not a fan of glutinous rice, but the Fried Glutinous Rice with Baby Abalone was excellent. Moist, aromatic glutinous rice with just the right bite, gratuitously studded with dried shrimp, cured meat and crowned with a baby abalone. The best part? Unlimited servings.
