What to expect: To commemorate the flagship restaurant's expansion—its new extension located on the second level, ready mid-October, will also allow for group bookings and corporate events—owner Frederick Yap rolls out a new spin on their signature dish, the warm Truffle Lobster Roll.
Blanched then lovingly seared in butter and a rich, housemade truffle sauce, flesh of a whole lobster is heartily stuffed between buttered buns. The mouth-watering creation is then crowned with chives, truffle caviar and Italian summer truffle shavings for that beautiful earthy aroma.
And just when you thought it doesn't get better, the dish is served with even more of that lavish truffle sauce—best enjoyed with the side of crisp, thick-cut fries.
For those who like to knock back a tipple, Pince & Pints also offers up a selection of tasty cocktails, as well as an Omakase-style Cocktail option ($20-80, large portions available to share) where the bartender will whip up a concoction to your preference.
