There's something for everyone from Executive Chef Michele Mingozzi's specially crafted quartet of black truffle desserts.

Go for the buttery avocado parfait with black truffle confit and the tropical pineapple carpaccio—almost paper-thin slices of pineapple paired with an airy dollop of coconut-black truffle foam that's sweet and savoury at the same time.

My personal favourite was the velvety smooth chocolate mousse, presented in a mini cone, teamed with generous servings of fine black truffle and chocolate 'granola dirt'. Chef Mingozzi recommends having a bit of both at the same time for the chocolate to accentuate the lovely flavours of truffle on the palate.

Oscar's Black Italian Truffle promotion is available for dinner every Thursday to Sunday till 8 Feb 2015, prized at $78 per person on at Thursday and Sunday, and $88 per person on Friday and Saturday.
