One Dish Monday: Harry's Bar's Improved Harry's Wingmen

The reopened Harry's Bar at Marina Bay Link Mall (on the ground level, near Tower 1) brings us a fresh new look and feel, and a refreshed menu—comprising of small plates, big plates, platters and desserts—by Culinary Director Daniel Sia (also of The Disgruntled Chef).

We enjoyed their bold and full-flavoured 'Love Me' Chicken Tandoor (six pieces for $18), but the feisty Harry’s Wingmen remains a standout. The long-time favourite has been improved in terms of marinade and spices used, resulting in tender and juicy chicken wings finished in a golden-brown, crisp batter with just the right amount of spiciness—and c'mon, who can fault the pairing of tasty wings and beer?
