Key highlights include Chinese Executive Chef Kwan Yiu Kan's fatty and succulent Pork Ribs, braised till tender perfection in bold 'Zhen Jiang' vinegar for that added zing, and the must-order Smoked Duck. Deftly executed with Chinese tea leaves and brown sugar, the heady aroma hits you before you bite down on that slightly crisp skin and full-flavoured meat.
