Highlights include the wonderfully tender, aromatic Tea-Smoked Soy Sauce Chicken, the scrumptious Scrambled Egg White enjoyed with delicious chunks of fried silver cod and foie gras in a black truffle paste, and of course the exquisite Dim Sum.
