Hidden within a wonderfully eggy, fruit- and crisp banana nuggets-studded casing, the French Toast Salpicon ($19, good for sharing) opens to a creamy mix of tender chicken chunks, spinach and mushrooms. For the adventurous, try it with a drizzle of their intriguing, self-concocted strawberry-smoked maple syrup.
