Back by popular demand, Sous Chef Sunny De Costa reprises the rich dishes of Eurasian cuisine (previously reviewed here) at Town Restaurant, The Fullerton Hotel from now till 26 October.
Formed as a result of cross-cultural marriages, expect a hearty selection of European cuisine mixed with robust spices and local influences. Highlights include Debal Galinhia, better known as Devil’s Curry, Sugee Cake (semolina butter cake), and other savoury dishes.
Town Restaurant’s Eurasian Heritage buffet is available till 26 October, from 11.30am to 2.30pm for weekday (Monday to Friday) lunch, and from 6.30pm to 10.30pm for dinner on Sunday to Tuesday at $53 per adult and $26 per child (6 to 12 years old).
In addition to the spread of Eurasian cuisine, enjoy ocean fresh seafood every Thursday to Saturday at $69 per adult and $34 per child (6 to 12 years old), and an assortment of barbecued items including grilled lobster at $89 per adult and $44 per child (6 to 12 years old).
