Jiang-Nan Chun - Guest Chef Wang Yong, Seasons Hotel Hangzhou - Pyramid braised soy pork and bamboo shoots For the second consecutive year, Guest Chef Wang Yong from Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake returns to Jiang-Nan-Chun, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore to present the authentic flavours of Zhejiang cuisine.

Available from 21 November to 1 December 2013, Chef Wang's delectable a la carte menu features a bevy of award-winning favourites - ranging from deep-fried carp in sweet soy to the gorgeous, pyramid-tiered succulent braised soy pork, and sauteed river shrimps with "Long Jing" tea.
