Spanish Gourmet Extravaganza Tour: First time in Singapore

Happening for the first time in Southeast Asia, and also Singapore, the Spanish Gourmet Extravaganza tour is about to land on our shores—albeit the more prestigious of shores—where it’ll be held at Capella Singapore from 31 May to 3 June 2018.

The four-day event, inaugurated in 2015 and organized by the Galician regional government, has seen a fine selection of prestigious chefs, extraordinary wineries and artisan food brands from Spain traveling around the world to cities such as Brussels, Berlin, London, Vienna, Shanghai, and most recently Doha in April 2018.

For its upcoming May 2018 edition at Capella Singapore, festival-goers can look forward to multi-sensory culinary celebration with Michelin-starred themed dinners by Chef Yayo Daporta and Chef Rafael Centeno, as well as indulge in selections of tapas and paella delights curated by renowned chefs.

What: Join Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Yayo Daporta and Chef Rafael Centeno as they present their signature dishes, paired with premium Spanish wines presented by the father and son duo, sommeliers Luis and Alejandro Paadín.
