Joining the line-up of their famed snowskin mooncakes this year is an intriguing Prickly Pear with Bergamot and Diced Pear ($52 for 4-pieces, $32 for 2-pieces), as well as some mildly alcoholic renditions: the deeply pink, sweet and tangy Apple Cider Snowskin, and a Root Beer Snowskin with vanilla and rum (both $36 for 2-pieces).
