Sumiya launches their second outlet at the recently revamped Suntec City that showcases the freshest Bluefin tuna, a unique and delicious tin can hotpot "Ryoshi Mushi", as well as some Singapore's firsts: homemade semi-dried fish grilled irori genshiyaki-style (a traditional Japanese way of charcoal-grilling fish vertically); a fish-drying machine for that intense flavour; and Singapore’s only circular enomatic sake dispenser with 16 varieties of sake.
