NewsComment

DSC036732 What: Well-loved Singaporean restaurant Coriander Leaf re-opens at CHIJMES after 13 years at its former location in Clarke Quay.

What to expect: Elaborate, contemporary interiors—best seats are by open kitchen counter—with an efficient team dishing out the best of Asia’s diverse cuisines and flavours. Their small plates menu is categorised into five distinct flavour verticals (Fresh, Familiar, Spicy, Umami and Sweet) that encourage diners to look beyond geographical origin of dishes and focus on individual flavour profiles. An Asian-focused beverage list offers up whiskies from around the region, craft beers, sake and umeshu from Japan, as well as some organic and biodynamic wines.

Where: CHIJMES, 30 Victoria Street #02-01 Singapore 187996
