The 6-course dinner begins with Chef Markus's masterful Greenland Prawns—also my personal favourite of the evening.

Accompanied by peas, comfortingly simple eggs, the intensely fresh and sweet prawns is paired with a scrape-worthy, flavour-packed prawn emulsion. Additional crunch and flavour from deep-fried prawn shells lends the dish that extra depth.

Restaurant Ember x Snorre Food - Norwegian Seafood Promotion 28-30 May - Baked Norwegian Halibut in Clam Jus Sauce

For the main course, we recommend going for the Baked Halibut—available only during this limited period—presented in a lip-smacking sauce consisting of clam jus, sea urchin paste, butter and cream.

The other equally delicious main option, Chef Zufian's Angus Short Rib, is available on Restaurant Ember's regular menu.
