Mandarin Orchard Singapore remains a perennial favourite for Christmas feasting, especially with their  mouth-watering selection of Christmas roasts and pastries atop the international offering of nosh at the popular Triple Three–their carving stations of Turkey, Kagoshima Wagyu Beef, and the signature Premium Honey Glazed Ham are definitely not to be missed .

This year, their team of chefs introduces the Roasted Sakura Chicken ($108, 1.5-1.8kg) with a flavoursome chestnut filling wonderfully seasoned with truffle, fragrant herbs and spices, that's crisp on the outside and succulent within.

Aside from their signature Premium Honey Glazed Gammon Ham ($285 boneless, 4.2-4.5kg) and Festive Macaron Tart ($80), other highlights include the new and tasty Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig ($280, 3-4kg), and the toothsome Roasted Australian Beef Rib Eye Roll ($238, 2kg) executed to a mellifluous finish.
